You will sign a model release, a Federal compliance form, and other documents to prove you are auditioning voluntarily, and not underage. And, you must bring with you government issued identification with a picture, such as a driver's license or state issued identification, or a passport from any country. Otherwise, we cannot photograph you and the audition is canceled.
